Both the screw and cylinder are made from 38CRMOAL.Treated with nitridation,they have high hardness and strong corrosion resistance. 4. The die-head is made of steel no.45,plated with hard chrome and well polished. With the helical-core struture,it extrudes the fused material so evenly that the smoothness of film is good. 5. The labyrinth air-cooling set and circulating cooling water system lead to the best transparency of film. 6. The winder adopts center winder.
